Amy L. Cook – Secretary

Amy is a native of Stone Mountain, GA and received her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in 1997. She joined the Georgia Association of Accountants and Tax Professionals and the National Society of Accountants in October, 2002 while partnered with long time GAATP Member Chuck Raynor in Raynor, Cook & Associates, Inc. Amy currently serves as Secretary to our organization after serving on the Board as Assistant Secretary Treasurer for the past two years and is a past chair of the Membership Committee.

Currently Amy is a Manager with Reed, Quinn & McClure, LLC a Certified Public Accountant firm where she has been employed since 2007.
