Harold A. Stamey - NSA State Director

After graduating from Austin Peay University with an accounting degree, Harold Stamey worked for over 20 years with the Internal Revenue Service. He chose to go into private practice in 1994. He earned his CPA credentials in 1981 and became an Enrolled Agent in 1993. Harold is active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Accountants where he is a past State Director and currently chairs their Federal Taxation Committee. He joined the Georgia Association of Accountants and Tax Professionals in June, 1995 and is a Past President of our organization. His other professional affiliations are the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Society of Tax Professionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Harold Stamey is a respected member of the Duluth Community. He and his lovely wife Sandra enjoy doing activities together including ballroom dancing.
