Joyce Spence, EA – Governor

Joyce is has been a member of the Georgia Association of Accountants and Tax Professionals since July, 1993. She is a Past President of our organization. Joyce has a successful accounting business, Targeted Solutions, Inc. where her income tax experience includes corporate, partnership and individual taxation as well as fiduciary and trust taxation. She also specializes in tax research.

Joyce received her Special Enrolled Agents designation from Internal Revenue Service in 1983 and the Accredited Business Accountant designation from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation in 2000. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Accountants as well as the state affiliations of these two national associations.
